Welcome to Gulp Fitness. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gulpfitness.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Gulp Fitness is a personal training business owned and operated by Noah Lichtig, located at 8005 Harford Rd #102, Parkville, MD 21234.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, view content, and access our booking and store links. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Personal training, strength coaching, mobility work, and other services described on the Site involve physical activity, which carries inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, and in rare cases serious harm. By participating in any Gulp Fitness services, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.

Results from personal training vary based on individual factors including but not limited to consistency, diet, genetics, starting fitness level, and medical history. Testimonials and results shown on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed for every client.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience pain, injury, or health concerns, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

Booking and Payment

The "Book a Free Session" link on the Site directs you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform. Any bookings, cancellations, and communications made through that platform are subject to Calendly's terms and to any policies communicated to you directly by Gulp Fitness.

Personal training sessions, packages, and pricing are agreed upon directly with Gulp Fitness outside of the Site. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and session policies are provided at the time of booking or in your training agreement.

Store Purchases

The "Store" link on the Site directs you to Bonfire, a third-party merchandise platform. All purchases are made through Bonfire and are subject to Bonfire's terms and policies. Gulp Fitness is not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, or issues related to store purchases.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, videos, and design — is owned by Gulp Fitness or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

The Gulp Fitness name and logo are trademarks of Noah Lichtig / Gulp Fitness. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Client Photos and Testimonials

Client photos and testimonials displayed on the Site are used with the consent of the individuals involved. If you are a client and would like your photo or testimonial removed, contact us.

Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly, Bonfire, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Following any link takes you outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulp Fitness and Noah Lichtig are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services described on it.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gulp Fitness, Noah Lichtig, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
